OYLT Malaysia incorporated in 1990 under the name of OYL Electronics Sdn Bhd, as a subsidiary in OYL Industries Bhd.


OYL Group has worldwide workforce of 16,000. The group turnover in 2006 was USD$1.5 billion.

Heating, Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) control
Building control systems

In 2006, OYL Industries has been acquired by Daikin Group of Japan. This acquisition made Daikin group become the world second largest air conditioner manufacturer.

2002- OYL/McQuay - Mitsubishi Electric Global alliance

2003- Restructuring of OYLE to OYLT.

2003- Expanded into smart home and small building management

2006- Setup Suzhou OYLT with capital of USD$4million.

2006- OYL Group acquired by Daikin Industries Ltd.

2007- OYLT Malaysia certified with ISO14001.
